Introduction At Revkit Auto Tech Company, we take pride in delivering high-quality automotive products, including engines, gearboxes, car parts, vehicle accessories, and both brand-new and second-hand vehicles. Our warranty policy is designed to provide our customers with peace of mind and ensure satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to warranties on our products.

2. Warranty Coverage Revkit Auto Tech Company provides warranty coverage for different product categories as follows:

  • Brand-New Vehicles: 12-month (one-year) warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal use and proper maintenance.
  • Second-Hand Vehicles: One-month (30-day) limited warranty covering engine and gearbox functionality (excluding wear-and-tear components and consumables).
  • Brand-New Car Parts and Accessories: 12-month (one-year) warranty against manufacturer defects and premature failure under normal usage conditions.
  • Second-Hand Car Parts and Accessories: One-month (30-day) limited warranty covering basic operational functionality.

3. Warranty Exclusions The following circumstances are not covered under the warranty policy:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, including brake pads, filters, tires, batteries, and other consumables.
  • Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized personnel or service providers.
  • Electrical components and wiring systems once installed.

4. Warranty Claim Process To initiate a warranty claim, customers must adhere to the following steps:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Provide a valid receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
  2. Inspection Requirement: Our technical team must inspect the defective product to determine the validity of the claim.
  3. Repair or Replacement: If the claim is approved, we will either repair the defective item or provide a replacement of equal value.
  4. Processing Time: Warranty claims will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of submission.
  5. Return Shipping: Customers may be required to cover shipping costs for returning items.

5. Limitations of Liability Revkit Auto Tech Company is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product defects.
  • Loss of business, time, or revenue due to defective products or warranty processing time.
  • Personal injury or property damage arising from incorrect usage, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.

6. Compliance with Local Regulations All warranty claims and services provided by Revkit Auto Tech Company will adhere to the statutory regulations of Zimbabwe and industry standards.
